Day One
March 4, 2008 - 9:08pm — inkedmamaToday was day one back at the gym. I'm glad I went. I'm just wondering what different things I should be doing though. I know cardio is the main thing right now since I need to burn fat. I hope the "fat burner" setting on the treadmill at the gym is actually going to be effective for me.
