THINGS TO WORK ON

I KEEP MOST OF MY JOURNAL AT FITDAY.COM, BUT HERE IS MY MOST RECENT ENTRY:

SINCE WORKING OUT, I'VE BEGAN TO REALIZE WHAT I NEED TO WORK ON:

1. PLANNING MEALS BEFORE GOING OUT TO EAT.
2. DRINKING MORE WATER, LESS POP.
3. TREATING MYSELF EVERY NOW AND THEN WITH A HEALTHY VERSION OF MY FAVORITE FOODS. DEPRIVING MYSELF LEADS TO SLIP-UPS.
4. MOTIVATING MYSELF TO GO WORK OUT. I STILL HAVEN'T...
5. PLAN MEALS WITH MORE VITAMINS AND NUTRIENTS.
6. EATING SMALLER PORTIONS WITH FOODS THAT AREN'T PORTIONED FOR ME.
