My 7 day plan, works out pretty well!!!

ok so i did some thinking, about when i used to compete and the way i was both physically and mentally. between what i remember and what ive learned through studying up online, i think i came up with a good plan for the weekly grind!!

its called the 7 day principles of heavyweight natural bodybuilders (i just made that up, sort of catchy).

1 day- write out your weekly workout.
2 days-go food shopping for fresh food to graze on!
3 days- cook your food for the week, 1/3 each day
4 days- cardio, even big guys have to do it too
5 days-weight training, intense.

Workout 10/18 AN UPHILL BATTLE to get it back baby, bring it!

So my gyms under construction and finding focus in the place is becoming dim and difficult to say the least! Today though, two good friends of mine (to keep it simple and annonymous we'll call them John and Bob) were able to inspire me and give me the strength I needed to get in there and have a solid workout! See, "Bob" is a die hard sports buff and fitness enthusiast, and anytime I find myself with him I just wanna go try and better myself by working out! Same with "John", he's a younger guy with enough fitness knowledge in his mind to write a book!
