One more vacation day

Back on schedule 6/14, working overtime now catching up.

The girl I have been grooming for handling over much of my work has abruptly quite this Monday, well formally this Wednesday and this has taken an emotional tole on me:

thinking about my mistakes
my legacy at work

also the burning 37 degree celsius heat wave, result : only worked out one day this week. Not good not good, though I'm not overeating, but next week, back on the WAGON.

Had a friend come visit, so fell off the bandwagon right away. But still trying to be careful. Today 2nd workout session in the week.

Dream Come - return to a healthy lifestyle

I just turned 37 last week, and unfortunately since my move to Beijing a year and a half ago, my health and physical fitness has taken a nose dive. I've blamed it on:

1. My hectic job as General Consel at a busy internet company here
2. Lack of good produce here in Beijing and abundance of meat
3. Women tend to weigh more here so it doesn't matter
4. Why do I need to look good for?
5. Couldn't find places to hike

Truth of the matter is I've been feeling more and more lethargic and for some reason my motivation for going to the gym has decreased and many of times I would drive toward the gym and ended up at home or at some restaurants chowing down more food.
