Jokes aside, I was actually looking for a Curves group just the other day. Couldn't find one but I have to be honest, I didn't look that hard, either. But I'm glad there's one now!

Speaking of, I just came from a work-out and feeling awesome!!! :D

Almost...

I almost didn't go to the gym today. My original plan was to go Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, but I was extremely busy yesterday and on top of that have night work. So, I put it off to today. When I woke up today, I really didn't feel like going. Told myself that if I go to tomorrow, it'll be like being back on my original schedule. But I would have missed a day. Then I reminded myself that I'm actually paying to go there. So, I got off my lazy tush and went to work out and I'm glad I did because I feel so much better now! *phew* That was a close one.

Porgress, FINALLY

I'm not looking at it as a new years resolution because I really think that winter (the time of hibernation) is not the proper time to make those types of goals.

Anyway, today I signed up for a Curves Gym membership. I'm actually super stoked about it. I went and got myself a nice workout today and I feel that if I do that three times a week, I'll be getting a good handle on my weight after some time. The trick for me is to make it a routine. If I can get that down, I'll be freaking super-girl! I can do anything. ;)

Let's try this again...

Ok...I think I'm getting read to do something for myself...about myself...again.

Seriously. I REALLY need to get off me butt and go OUT and do SOMETHING. I've procrastinated enough.

Well, even if I don't succeed this time around, my procrastination time in-between energy bursts seems to become less and less and eventually I'll actually stick with it, right? At least that's what I'm hoping, hehe.

Wish me luck because I'm going to go for this whole thing...yet again. I've got no one else to blame but myself for my lack of determination

A new start!

So, I heard about the page from a friend of mine. The two of us want to lose weight together and we both feel that if we have a buddy to do it with, it will be way more fun and easier because we can keep each other motivated. I'm really looking forward to it because I've never had a buddy o help me lose weight. :) I suppose I will be using this blog as a food journal (if I can keep it up).

Today has already been better than most recent days. I ate half of a Panini for lunch instead of a whole one and instead of ordering pizza for dinner like we usually on Fridays I'm eating a bowl of smart start cereal (the strawberry kind).
