Breast augmentation

What do you all think about implants? I've always been on the small side, and since I've been working out hard and losing body fat, I've gotten even smaller. I have an appointment for a consultation on the 23rd of this month. I'm wondering what you think about this and if anyone here has gotten them. I'd love to have more feedback from girls who have gotten them (I've talked to a few ladies here who have gone to the dr. I'm going to. All very happy with their results).

Hey girls! Self magazine is having a really big sweepstakes. They have TONS of prizes. The only catch is you can only pick three to enter. Some of them aren't worth much and others are. I'm guessing most people will try to win the bigger prizes so I chose one expensive one and two things that I needed (select comfort pillow and a food processor). You can only enter once for three of the prizes and it's hard to decide, especially if you don't have the magazine. Each one says what page it's on in the magazine. What did you eat today???

I thought I'd go ahead and start a topic on food too. I had whey protein (mixed with water) first thing this morning with a south beach cereal bar.

My next meal was scrambled egg beaters with 1/2 a whole wheat bagel and a glass of isofruit delite (pineapple protein juice drink).

My third meal was a pack of albacore tuna (I just eat it out of the package) and a few bites of canteloupe and green apple. I usually eat a green salad after the tuna but I was too lazy to make it today, and just not that hungry. lol

That's it so far! I'm planning on my next meal being a little pasta with spaghetti sauce and a salad.

Monday: Today was an off day for weights. I went to the gym and got on the tread climber for 20 minutes, then on the bike for about 35 minutes. I had planned on doing the bike for 20 and the eliptical for 20, but a girl I know came and got on the bike next to me and we got carried away talking. lol So after that, I just decided to quit since it was a total of almost an hour already. :-)
