August 7, 2007 - 8:51pm — rcdiugunYes, you read it right. Day negative 2. Because I intend to formally start on Monday. For now, I'm trying to get into the rhythm. I'll be using Body Attack 55 (from Les Mills) for the next six weeks.
Don't ask me how I got the video. :D

Tried it. Ended up being able to go through the first track before I gave up. Will try again this afternoon.

Lasted 15 minutes. At least better than before. Had to stop because my left side started to hurt.
Life Got In The Way... NOT!
April 13, 2007 - 3:48am — rcdiugunI know it's been a while since I last wrote on this blog. I would have reasoned out that Life(tm) got in the way. Then again, exercise should be part of one's lifestyle anyway.
I haven't been following the workout schedule I set for myself. In fact, I haven't been working out, period. But I still lost three pounds in the process. How?
I kept myself moving. Instead of taking the car to the car wash, I cleaned it myself instead... inside and out. I'm reminded of that scene from the Karate Kid. "Wax on. Wax off." After cleaning the car the first time, my arms hurt. But in a good way. There was a doubled sense of fulfillment. One was I was able to burn calories by doing manual labor. Two was being able to appreciate a shining clean car. :D
Starting Again
March 28, 2007 - 11:20pm — rcdiugunSo, I'm back to square one again because of work-related activities. I have another website called "Must Lose Weight" which never got anywhere.
I've already made my workout schedule and I'm due to start on April 1. :)
