Day One!!

So far so good, I did my workouts this morning and felt great! it's so nice to be back into the fitness part of losing weight, I never understood why I stopped to begin with because I really LOVE to workout!
Eating habits I've never really had a problem with, I eat fruits, veggies, protein, all the good stuff so as long as I keep my workouts going good then I won't have a problem losing weight at all!

Day 1 starts tomorrow!!

Ok so starting tomorrow I'm beginning this 6 day workout, I'm going to save Sundays as my day of rest because Sundays are the days that my son comes back from his dads house and we always fill up our day with things for the three of us (my BF, son and I) to do. also, I just started taking Slim Quick a diet supplement for women has anyone here tried it or heard anything about it? just curious. Anyways I'll post more tomorrow after my workout!

Introduction!

I am a 24 year old single mom to a wonderful 8 year old boy. He's my entire life. Right now I'm a full time student getting my associates degree in Criminal Justice. My goal is to be a criminal profiler. I think of myself as someone who is very overwieght. Right now I weigh 202lbs. and would like to lose about 60 lbs. I used to be in a size 4-6 and now can't barely squeeze into a 12. I hate it! I think I look disgusting and want to change it badly. I do have a very low-self esteem and it makes it hard for me to keep my motivation going so I could really use some help in that department! When I was a teen I suffered from Anorexia Nervosa so I would like to be very careful I don't get back into extreme dieting!
