My professional qualifications: Two years as a lab assistant, two years in the army signal corps, two years in quality control, five years in production scheduling/inventory management, and thirty years as a computer programmer.
Athletic background: Mediocre at sports, only organized sport was sixth-grade softball, where I mostly sat on the bench. Six weeks of army basic training in 1969.
What, you may be asking, does this have to do with fitness or health?
Three things – I’ve always led a sedentary lifestyle, I’m old, and I’m not athletically gifted.
Other than that, all my qualifications may be seen on my website at http://www.questforendorphins.com
